What is the warranty for this product?
Lifetime outdoor sheds are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of original retail purchase.
How do I file a warranty claim?

What is polyethylene and what makes it better than wood?
Polyethylene is a plastic that is virtually indestructible. It will not chip, crack or peel like wood products. Polyethylene is durable, easy to clean, lightweight and is ideal for outdoor use.
Will this Lifetime Product fade in the sun?
All products left in the sun for extended periods of time will eventually fade. However our polyethylene products have inhibitors that help prevent fading and maintain the integrity of the polymer when exposed to sunlight providing years of color.
What is the best way to anchor your shed?
For the 8 ft. wide models, anchor the shed to the ground through the four indentations in the shed floor. For the 11 ft. wide models, anchor the shed through the floor brackets attached to each wall support. Consult your local hardware store for suggestions on the best hardware to use for anchoring your shed based on the type of platform you have used.
What is the wind resistance factor for your shed?
Some US counties (particularly in Florida) have wind force regulations regarding sheds that are unique to those areas. Lifetime does not certify its sheds to those regulations. Check with your local building regulation department regarding wind force requirements before you purchase.
What sizes are available?
Our 8’ wide models come in 5, 7.5, 10, and 12.5 ft depths. We also offer an 11x13 ft model.
Is it possible to enlarge your shed?
Yes, an optional 2.5 ft extension kit will extend any 8 ft shed up to a maximum of 15 ft. You can extend the 11 ft shed up to a maximum of 26 ft.
What accessories are available for your shed?
Accessories include the 2.5 ft extension kit, 32 in shelves, 8 ft shelves, corner shelves, pegboard with assorted hooks, window shutters, and peg strips with hooks for hanging yard tools
How should the concrete surface be prepared for anchoring?
Holes of appropriate size for the type of anchors used will need to be drilled in the concrete after the shed is assembled.
What type of foundation is recommended?
The Shed must be built on a flat, level surface. We recommend a cement or patio style surface. Other options include a wood platform made of 2x4’s and plywood or a wood frame filled with pea gravel. Contact Customer Service for a list of materials and dimensions.
