Lifetime has grown from a small business formed in a garage to a global manufacturer of lifestyle products. The company has adopted an innovative philosophy when it comes to producing products; a philosophy that has afforded the company tremendous growth and the ability to remain a profitable American manufacturer in an unstable economic climate.
Lifetime's vision of community outreach gives us a clear understanding of the rights and responsibilities we have in our society. We also know that Corporate Citizenship is much more than charitable donations or volunteer leave time for employees — it's the way we integrate basic social values with everyday business practices, operations and policies.
Lifetime Teams Up with Clearfield, UT for Large Scale Beautification Project (2010)
For Lifetime’s 5th Annual Community Service Project, over 800 employees were busy laying sod, trimming trees, leveling baseball diamonds, staining pavilions, picking up trash, and much more, to beautify and improve the 23-acre Steed Park for local residents.

Community Service – Lifetime’s Values in Action
The purpose of the Lifetime "Values in Action" program is to positively impact the communities where we live and work. This company-wide directive allows us to put the values that drive us as a company, into actions that benefit our communities, our employees, and our customers. We do this by building relationships, inspiring philanthropy, and promoting goodwill both inside and outside the company.
Fundamental to successfully achieving our mission are the values we believe in and put into action every day. These "Values in Action" enhance Lifetime's overall image, reputation and, ultimately, business success.
