Charitable Donations

Lifetime’s charitable donations program includes product donations to nonprofit organizations within the state of Utah that positively impact the communities where we live and work. We love to see our products being used to make a difference in our community.

In considering requests for support, priority is given to local organizations that stress excellence and community participation, especially where children are involved. Lifetime does not generally provide funding for governmental agencies; however Lifetime actively supports our area schools and educational programs. Special consideration is given to nonprofit organizations with which our employees serve in a volunteer capacity. 

All donation request proposals must be made in writing on the organization's letterhead. The following information must be included in each request:

• A copy of the organization's 501(c)(3) tax exempt determination from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
• Organization's contact information. Please include the organization’s address, phone number, and the name and email address for the primary contact and/or executive director.
• A description of the organization and its primary objectives.
• If request is for a specific project or event, please provide a concise description. Please include information on project goals, those who will benefit from the project, the timeframe, and a brief description of staff responsible for the project.
• Type of requested contribution.
• Planned use of the contribution. Include a description of any other support for the project.
• Due to the heavy volume of inquiries that we receive, please allow up to 4 weeks for a response to your request.
