Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk – Part Time 30 hours per week.

Duties include but not limited to matching of purchase orders to invoices, data entry & filing. Organizational skills a must to work with multi- divisional accounts. Must have the ability to deal with high volumes of paperwork and deadlines. Great interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.

Other skills needed:

• Phone, ten key, knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and MXP

• Must be self motivated. Position is 6-hrs per day M-F (flexible hours)

SQL Database Administrator

Job Summary:

This key position with the Lifetime Products’ IT Department entails the maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server databases, their associated applications, and the hardware on which those systems reside. Aside from daily server maintenance and monitoring, tasks include the install and upgrade of all server related software and applications, and the creation and update of in-depth written documentation for related processes. The applicant must also be proficient in the Install and Backup/Disaster Recovery processes for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008.

Also critical is the ability to work closely with fellow team members and internal customers/end users to test and troubleshoot systems in order to maintain extremely high availability and reliability for the business and end users.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration; supplemented with one or more courses in current technology.

Experience:

Considerable (3 years) and current experience as an SQL Server 2005/2008 Database Administrator on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems and communications devices using current technologies.

Skills:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008

• Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL scripting

• Must understand relational database design, table design referential integrity, constraints and effective storage consideration in SAN environments.

• Must be familiar with developing SQL stored procedures and optimizing SQL statements to run efficiently.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.

• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
