Lifetime wins preliminary injunction against patent infringing companies

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA Lifetime Products, Inc., the worldwide leader in the blow-molded folding table and chair market, announced today that it has obtained a Court Order granting its Emergency Ex Parte Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction against several manufacturers, competitors to Lifetime in the folding table and chair market. The Court Order was granted in the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada. Lifetime discovered the infringements while attending this years National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
