7 x 7 ft Outdoor Storage Shed with 2 Windows

Keep your equipment safe, dry, and conveniently located for all your outdoor projects with a small storage shed from Lifetime. This model comes with two shatter proof windows that open for ventilation and a full-length ridge skylight to provide a well-lit interior. You get 42 sq.ft. of floor space for storage and three shelving units to help you get organized. This small storage shed from Lifetime shed is constructed for durability from high-density polyethylene plastic (HDPE) and steel reinforcements. Lifetime sheds are very low maintenance, designed with stain-resistant flooring, and a no paint, no rust exterior. It is UV-protected to resist fading and cracking. Steeply pitched roof allows for quick drainage of rain and snow, and the shorter roof span allows a greater snow load capacity than our larger sheds. For routine cleaning, you can simply spray it down with a hose! Additional 30 in. shelves, corner shelves, and the peg strip for our 8 ft. sheds are compatible with this small 7 ft. storage shed and available in our Shed Accessories. However, the tool corral and the 8 ft shelf are not compatible with this 7 ft shed. Our expansion kits and our weather kits are also not compatible with this model. Made in the China. Covered by a 10 yr. limited factory warranty in US and Canada.

Consult local building codes before assembly.

Note: This shed must be built on a flat level foundation of wood or concrete (not included). Flooring must be anchored to the foundation. Anchoring hardware depends on the type of foundation you have and is therefore not included in the shed kit. Not including the installation of the foundation, you can expect assembly of the shed itself to take 2 adults up to 6 hours.

For more information about assembly, read the Owner's Manual Sample . (Components will vary between different models).

Assembly & Manuals

7 ft. x 7 ft. Outdoor Storage Shed (2 windows) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive Shed We bought this shed through a large retailer. I had misgivings as I'm not the most handy person as far as building structures goes. It took a while, but with assistance from my wife and my teenaged son, we were able to construct the shed in a day and a half. The finished product is extremely sturdy and good looking as well. We especially like the windows and skylight. The directions were a bit difficult to decipher at points, and I would recommend placing the clips in the roof sections prior to placement. Other than that, it wasn't nearly as difficult as I had imagined. Very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy No Worry Shed Bought my shed a couple of years ago and am finally getting to writing a review. Assembly was kind of a pain, but it went together smoothly. Just a lot of steps to complete. The shed has been in two very severe wind storms and a lot of snow and rain and still is holding up like a champ. I've noticed during the hot summer months when I leave the doors open they seem to warp a bit. However, they will still close fine and once they cool they go back to normal. The shed looks great in my yard and I am very picky. I wish I would have bought a little bit larger version as I have already filled it up. Very please with this worthwhile investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Shed and Incredible Company! I purchased this shed in 2010 and am completely happy with how well it has withstood all the unusual weather that Colorado has to offer. This last big hailstorm left a baseball sized hole in the skylight. Imagine my surprise when I e-mailed Lifetime inquiring how I go about purchasing a replacement skylight and receiving a response stating that a new skylight was on its way to me. NO CHARGE!! This company definitely stands behind their products, no questions asked. I expect this shed will last a lifetime!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product I did some research and selected the Lifetime shed based on reviews, quality and product dimensions (exterior height). I installed this under an existing deck and had a height limitation. I was worried about the light inside, but the two windows and skylight provide ample lighting, even under the deck. I extended the exiting patio using pavers after I excavated about 10" of soil. The shed was easy to install, looks great, and holds a ton. I am very satisfied with the value; quality and price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great shed I love this shed. Everything fit together as advertised, which made it much easier to assemble. I can see that this is a new and improved model with the new door hinges and steel wall supports. It works perfectly for what I want. We store products we make in it until ready they are ready for shipment, so we jokingly call it "The Warehouse."Clean looking and lockable. Cheaper than purchasing a pre-built, easier to assemble than building from scratch. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great backyard Shed This is a great little shed. I got mine after an old one blew apart in the famous 2011 wind storm. It has performed great to some high Farmington winds. It seems like a million pieces when you are putting it together but ultimately, its a good thing. It went together well and has held strong. It matches my fencing and looks nice. You do need a good flat surface or the doors with rack and it doesn't close up so easy.

We just put up our shed and the sky light is warped at one end. It is not able to sit flush, so water can get in. Can you send us a new one?

Asked by: SC64
Same thing happened to me. Try sliding it into one bracket and gradually insert screws on each side. Work with it slowly toward the back and pop the other end cap on. You have to sort of bend the plastic as you go to fit the slots into the groove.

we live in the south now in a brand new home an have very limited storage ...besides our garage.. would this be ok to store items such as Xmas bins etc in? not sure how hot it gets and we do NOT want bugs or snakes getting in it either

Asked by: dawnec
Our storage sheds would work for storing items such as Christmas bins. The sheds will warm up inside when exposed to direct sunlight. If you live in a location with lots of humidity you will want to be aware of condensation as well. But as long you have your items stored properly they should be just fine.

What is the weight capacity for the lifetime 7x7 storage shed? I have a John Deere riding mower.

Asked by: bigkid
Lifetime showed that in a 4” x 4” square the shed floor can hold up to 300 lbs in that section before it would permanently deform. That is for a small area, so in a given shed you could have several objects around 300 lbs but it would be best to stay slightly away from 300 lbs per object to prevent permanent deformation.

What are the differences between models 60042, 60014 and 60190. Only the first one is shown on the site but only the two others are available in France.

Asked by: Karl
The main difference between these sheds is the number of windows that come with each shed. Models 60014 and 60190 only have 1 window each while model 60042 comes with two total windows.
