customer service.JPGIf you ever need help with your Lifetime product, the Lifetime Customer Care Department is always happy to help! Did you know our Customer Care Department is located in Clearfield, Utah at our factory headquarters?  So, when you have a question about one of our products, you can rest assured our customer service representatives are very familiar with our products.  In fact, as part of their training, our customer service representatives spend weeks learning about all of our products by actually assembling the products, studying printed materials, and reviewing warranties.  But, if they are faced with a puzzling question, close proximity to other departments at Lifetime ensures thorough research and a definitive response.

Lately, we've been seeing a lot of people trying to reach our Customer Care Department via this blog and our Facebook page.  However, if you have an issue for Customer Service, especially regarding missing or broken parts, we want to remind you that your quickest route is to contact Customer Care directly. We love hearing from our fans and certainly don't want to discourage you from contacting us via this blog or Facebook.  However,  if you need a specific part, we have to forward your blog or Facebook comment to Customer Service.  So, it is always in your best interest to simply contact Customer Care first.

How to Contact Lifetime Customer Care:
Email:  CustomerCare@lifetime.com
Website form:  www.lifetime.com/customer-care/contact-lifetime.aspx
Phone:  1-800-225-3865
Our representatives are available to help Monday-Friday 7am-5pm or Sat 9am-1pm MST

Although our Customer Care representatives answer calls as quickly as possible, we apologize that some days you may experience longer waiting times while we work to ensure we completely satisfy each customer's needs.  If you experience a longer wait than you would like, we encourage you to contact Customer Care via email so we can contact you at your convenience.  (To help answer your needs via email more quickly, be sure to include your model number and your need – and phone number if you desire a return call.)

In addition, we also recognize that sometimes you want answers when we may not be open or maybe you'd rather just figure things out on your own.   If that's the case, be sure to visit our Customer Care web page on www.lifetime.com where you will find:

• Assembly Instructions - most all of our product assembly instructions are downloadable from our website. (*Most recent versions only; some playset and shed instructions are too large to be placed on the web site.)

• Frequently Asked Questions

• Warranty Information

With that being said, we always invite your comments and questions on this blog, Facebook page, and Twitter account.  When you have general product questions, comments, or suggestions, these are great places to post those so our in-house experts -- and even other customers -- can give you their advice and share their experiences with you.
