This giveaway has ended. It's composting season. Yes, technically, every day is composting season. But fall, in particular, is a great time to really build up your compost. You can add the leaves you rake up in your yard, the dead plants from your garden and landscaping, the wood ashes from your fireplace, the rotten Halloween jack-o-lanterns, and your kitchen scraps - including most of those unwanted leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner!
So, today we are starting a giveaway for a Lifetime Dual Compost Tumbler to help get one random winner off to a great start with fall composting. The Lifetime Dual Compost Tumbler is one of our newest members of the Lifetime composter family. It features two 50-gallon bins to efficiently and continuously batch compost. Simply fill one bin with compost while the other bin is "cooking". It even includes a visual processing indicator to attach on the outside to show which tumbler contents are maturing so you don't mistakenly put raw compost in your almost cooked batch.
To make composting even more convenient for you, we've added extra large removable lids so it is easier to load and unload material. And, just like our single barrel composters, the Lifetime Dual Compost Tumbler features an internal aerator bar in each barrel which mixes the compost and allows air to flow through the composter to help quicken the batching process time.
