How do I file a warranty claim?

To file a warranty claim you will need the following:
Copy of the store sales receipt
At least three photos of the issue at hand.
If it is a backboard, please one of the entire front of the board, one of the entire back of the board and one of the entire system from the front.
Include your name, shipping address and daytime phone.
Then either mail or email the information to us.
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail it to:

** The email will not come through if it is larger than 4MB. If you have a problem getting the email to go through, you may need to send one email for each picture.
