Conditions of Free Shipping

Our "Free Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, inside delivery, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Lifetime Products. Free shipping is only valid when specified for full products and not for parts ordered through customer service. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Smaller Items ship "parcel" via Fedex.

Larger Items such as Playsets, Sheds, Kayaks, Tables, and Chairs Orders may ship via LTL Freight.  Our current LTL partners include Estes, ABF, Reddaway, YRC, Old Dominion, and Diamond Line.  These items are shipped via Curbside Delivery.

Most items are estimated to ship within 5-10 business days from Lifetime.  Business days exclude Fridays and Saturdays.  This is the amount of time it takes to leave Lifetime.  At this point you will receive an email with tracking information to get an estimate of delivery time.  Please note that transit time varies due to many factors and is not guaranteed.
