Lifetime Products Expands Table and Chair Portfolio Through Acquisition of Iceberg Enterprises' Table and Chair Business

("Lifetime"), a global leader in innovative home and outdoor products, today announced the acquisition of the table and chair business of Iceberg Enterprises. The acquisition expands Lifetime's portfolio of commercial and institutional furniture products while strengthening the company's position as a leader in the folding table and chair industry.

The addition of Iceberg's table and chair product portfolio enhances Lifetime's ability to serve customers across education, hospitality, office, government, institutional, and commercial markets.
