We've invested heavily in modern, efficient manufacturing infrastructure. Our blow-molding and injection-molding processes are industry-leading in efficiency. We continuously innovate to reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and create products that last decades. Our new facilities incorporate cutting-edge sustainable design principles.

Responsible Consumption And Production (sdg 12)

Building Products That Last And Recycling Waste Back Into Production.

This is at the core of our mission. We design products to last 20-30 years, dramatically reducing consumption cycles. Our manufacturing process recycles 99.5% of plastic waste back into products. We repair and reuse 85,000+ pallets annually. Every decision we make considers the full lifecycle of our products and their environmental impact.

Climate Action (sdg 13)

Taking Concrete Action To Reduce Our Carbon Footprint And Energy Consumption.

We've saved over 16 million kWh of energy since 2016 through our Wattsmart program and facility improvements. We source 25% of our electricity from renewable sources and are working to increase that percentage. Our focus on durability means fewer products need to be manufactured, shipped, and disposed of — reducing carbon emissions across the entire value chain.

Life On Land (sdg 15)

Protecting Forests And Natural Resources Through Responsible Practices.

By repairing and reusing 85,000+ pallets annually, we've saved approximately 21,000 trees. Our water-efficient landscaping at new facilities reduces strain on local ecosystems. We're committed to responsible sourcing of materials and minimizing our impact on natural habitats and biodiversity.
